The episode starts with Chavvi speaking to her friends about her engagement, then marriage in 2 months and no need for completing her studies and also, none of her family will know that she has failed. Meena knocks the door. Chavvi is shocked whether Meena heard all but Meena has just arrived and she did not hear anything. She takes Chavvi to the hall.
Chavvi is coming to the engagement hall without pallu over her head. Bhabho comes to her and puts the pallu scolding her. Chavvi takes her would-be in-laws blessings. Her would-be MIL tells her that she is like her daughter now and respect in heart is enough and no need for outward expressions like pallu over the head. Chavvi is happy listening to it. They make her sit on the sofa. Would-be MIL gives shagun things to Chavvi, suit and jewel box. Daisa notices the suit and asks them why they are giving a suit instead of saree to which would-be MIL says Chavvi is free to wear what she likes, not necessarily saree. She also gives a mobile as gift. Meena is jealous. Sandhya feels happy. They ask Bhabho whether engagement rituals can begin. Then, engagement happens. Someone in the crowd say some dance and singing would add to the celebrations. Mohit says Meena and Sandhya have planned some program.
Dance starts with Meena as husband and Sandhya as wife and Sandhya trying to manaofy her angry husband. **Dance and song was good.** Dream starts with Suraj and ends with Sandhya where she asks forgiveness.
Bhabho tells Suraj that people are more and something is less. Suraj tells her he will manage. He thinks to self that now it is the right time to do things to make Sandhya’s exit. He goes to the room, takes the divorce paper, keeps it loosely in a file and keeps the file in front of the money box such that it gets noticed. He goes downstairs and asks Sandhya to get money from the cupboard. Sandhya goes to their room and opens the cupboard. While taking money out, the file falls down and she notices divorce paper. Then, she has flashback of when Preeti gives it to her. Before she could think anything else, Suraj takes the divorce paper from her.
Precap: Would-be MIL of Chavvi is speaking to Bhabho. She says they have no hurry in the marriage and they can wait till 1 year so that Chavvi can finish her graduation. She also says she thinks Sandhya is right and they are happy with it
